Most people don’t need advice.
They need to feel heard.
In relationships, healing rarely begins with fixing, explaining, or defending.
It begins when someone finally feels safe enough to say,
“This is how I really feel.”
And someone else simply listens.
Not to reply.
Not to correct.
Just to understand.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can say is:
“I’m here. Tell me more.”
Because when someone feels truly heard, something inside them starts to soften.
And that’s where healing begins.
