Self-control is strength. Our mind is controlled by our thoughts but we can’t always control what comes in our head. However, we can decide not to let those thoughts boss us around. When we have so much in our mind, our thought start to take control on our actions. When we have so much in our mind, we start stressing over the things which don’t even exists. It’s really important to let out those thoughts which are controlling us. We can try things like meditation, exercise, or talking to someone who can help, like a therapist. 🌱
