*समुदाय आरोग्य अधिकारी (CHO- COMMUNITY HEALTH OFFICER)*🩺 पदासाठी भरपुर *नर्सिंग ऑफिसर्स* ने अर्ज केलें होतें त्यात *BASIC/ POST B.SC NURSING* उमेदवार आहेत. काल जाहीर झालेल्या ELIGIBILITY लिस्ट नुसार भरपुर नर्सिंग स्टाफ ला *NOT ELIGIBLE* करण्यात आले, *मुख्यतः POST BASIC BSC NURSING (PB BSC NURSING) उमेदवारांना NOT ELIGIBLE करण्यात आले.* या मागे असे निदर्शनास आले आहे की काही लोकांनी CHO Eligibility Criteria पूर्ण केलेला नाही *त्यामध्ये ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION व महाराष्ट्र नर्सिंग कौन्सिल चे नर्सिंग रजिस्ट्रेशन केलेले नाही.* त्यामुळे भरपुर स्टाफ चे कारणं देऊन *REJECTED* करून त्यांना *NOT ELIGIBLE* करण्यात आले. पण *काही उमेदवारांकडे सर्व डॉक्युमेंट्स असूनही त्यांना डावलण्यात आले आहे.* ज्या लोकांकडे सर्व डॉक्युमेंट्स आहेत त्यांनी *आपल्या REGIONAL DDHS ऑफिस (ज्या विभागात फॉर्म भरले असेल अश्या) ला जाऊन डॉक्युमेंट्स सोबत भेट द्या* व होणाऱ्या अन्याविरोधात आवाज करा. कारण या आधी *महाराष्ट्रात PB BSC CANDIDATES CHO म्हणून कार्यरत आहेत,* त्यामुळे जर *चुकीच्या कारणामुळे जर नर्सिंग ऑफिसर्स व नर्सिंग प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारांना डावलण्याचे षडयंत्र सुरू करणार असेल तर आम्ही अन्याय सहन करणार नाही, याची जाणीव व आपली ताकद त्यांना दाखून दिली पाहिजे.*

*काही लोकं कोर्ट केस करुन या CHO भरती वरती स्टे घेऊन येतं आहे, असे व्हॉटसअप मेसेज VIRAL होत आहे.* त्यांना आम्ही सांगू इच्छितो *"CHO 🩺ही पोस्ट मुख्यतः नर्सिंग साठी आहे, बाकी सर्व स्टेट मध्ये फक्तं Nursing Candidates (MSC/BSC/PB BSC/GNM) घेतले जातात,* जर हे लोक असे करत असणार तर *सर्वांनी एकत्र येऊन या साठी Petition File केले पाहिजे* असे वयक्तिक मत आहे, *"होणाऱ्यां लढाई साठी एकत्र येऊन पुढाकार घ्यावा 🤝 जर कोणी तुमचा हक्क हिसकावून घेत असेल तर तुम्हीं सर्वांनी जागे झाले पाहिजे"*

Let's pay attention to the following information:

Everyone is advised to wear a mask because the new variant of the COVID-Omicron XBB coronavirus is different, deadly and not easy to detect correctly.

The symptoms of the new virus COVID-Omicron XBB are the following:

1. There is no cough.
2. There is no fever.

There will only be a limited number of these others:

3. Joint pain.
4. Headache.
5. Pain in the neck.
6. Upper back pain.
7. Pneumonia.

COVID-Omicron XBB is 5 times more virulent than the Delta variant and has a higher mortality rate than it.

Nasal swab tests are often negative for Covid-Omicron XBB, and cases of false negative nasopharyngeal tests are increasing.

This means that the virus can spread in the community and directly infect the lungs, causing viral pneumonia, which in turn causes acute respiratory distress.

This explains why the Covid-Omicron XBB has become something very contagious, highly virulent and lethal.

Caution, avoid crowded places, keep a distance of 1.5 m even in open spaces, wear a double-layer mask, wear a suitable mask, wash hands frequently, even if everyone is asymptomatic (no coughing or sneezing).

This wave of Covid-Omicron XBB is deadlier than the first wave of Covid-19. So we have to be very careful and take several reinforced precautions against the coronavirus.
