आज लोक उत्थान कल्याण समिति महिला बाल शाखा अयोध्या नगर बस्ती के आंतरिक भाग का दौरा किया.. ये बच्चे विभिन्न व्यक्तिगत कारणों से स्कूल छोड़ चुके हैं और या तो कचरे से प्लास्टिक बीनने का काम करते हैं या खेतों में काम करते हैं।

संस्थान को चलाने में वित्तीय बाधा के बारे में पता चलने पर एप्पल हॉस्पिटल ने इन बच्चों की पढ़ाई के खर्च के लिए मासिक योगदान देने की प्रतिज्ञा की है...

एक महान राष्ट्र बनाने के लिए हमें ऐसे बच्चों के कल्याण के लिए अपने शिक्षित समाज से योगदान की आवश्यकता है।

Today visited Lok Utthan welfare society Female children wing interior of Ayodhya Nagar Basti..
These children are school dropouts due to various personal reasons and either working as plastic collectors from garbage or working in fields..

Came to know about financial constraint for running their institute Apple Hospital has pledge to contribute monthly towards expenses of these children for their studies...

To make a great nation we need contribution from our educated society towards welfare of such children.

Hope one day no child be left uneducated due to poverty.

जीवन चुनौतियों से भरा है, यह हर स्तर पर आपकी परीक्षा लेता है।
18 महीने की यह छोटी सी बच्ची सिर्फ उल्टी की शिकायत लेकर मेरे क्लीनिक पर आई थी यहां तक ​​कि पानी भी नहीं ले पा रही थी। तो एक नियमित मामले के रूप में @ एप्पल चिल्ड्रेन हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती, माता-पिता हिचकिचाए और मुझसे पूछा "सर हम मजदूर हैं और हमारा बड़ा बेटा थैलेसीमिक है, हम ज्यादा खर्च नहीं उठा सकते हैं, लेकिन कृपया आप ही उसका इलाज करें"। मैंने कहा कि चिंता मत करो हम संभाल लेंगे, फिर माँ ने धीरे से कहा "सर मेरी बेटी ने 15 दिन पहले तेजाब पीया है, 10 दिन से किसी सरकारी अस्पताल में भर्ती थी और डिस्चार्ज हो गई लेकिन कल से उल्टी हो रही है"। इससे मुझे संक्षारक अंतर्ग्रहण आंत की चोट के बारे में पता चला। लेकिन जैसा कि हम एक गैर-आयुष्मान अस्पताल हैं, हमने उन्हें सरकारी या अन्य आयुष्मान अस्पताल के लिए परामर्श दिया। लेकिन माता-पिता ने रोते हुए कहा कि हम इसलिए आए हैं क्योंकि लोगों ने आप पर भरोसा किया है इसलिए कृपया मदद करें। इसने चिकित्सकीय रूप से जटिल मामले और मौद्रिक मुद्दों के साथ इस देश में गरीब होने के अभिशाप दोनों के लिए हमारे लिए एक चुनौती बना दी। हमने चुनौती स्वीकार की। हमारे पीडियाट्रिक सर्जन और एप्पल चिल्ड्रेन हॉस्पिटल की पीआईसीयू टीम की मदद से हम बच्चे का ऑपरेशन करने में सक्षम हुए और अब वह बहुत संतुष्टि और खुशहाल परिवार के साथ डिस्चार्ज हो गया है।

Life is full of challenges it test you at each level.
This little girl of 18month came to my clinic with just complaint of vomiting not even able to take water. So as a routine case admitted @ Apple children Hospital , parents hesitated and asked me “Sir we r labourer and our elder son is Thalessemic, we can’t afford much but please you only treat her”. I said not to worry we will manage, then mother softly said “Sir my daughter has ingested Acid 15 days back, was admitted in some govt hospital for 10 days n discharged but since yesterday she is vomiting”. That alarmed me about post corrosive ingestion gut injury. But as we are a non-ayushman hospital we counselled them for government or other Ayushman Hospital. But parents cried and said we came because of trust people have on you so please help. This made a challenge for us both as a clinically complicated case and curse of being poor in this country with monetary issues. We took up the challenge. With help of our pediatric Surgeon and PICU team of Apple Children Hospital we were able to operate the child and now she is discharge with lots of satisfaction and happy family.

आज का दिन इस बच्चे के लिए एक विशेष दिन है... कुछ दिन पहले एक सड़क यातायात दुर्घटना मे उसे गंभीर दर्दनाक मस्तिष्क की चोट के साथ दाहिने फ्रंटो-पैरिटो-टेम्पोरल हड्डी फ्रैक्चर और आंतरिक रक्तस्राव के साथ एप्पल चिल्ड्रन हॉस्पिटल, भोपाल रेफर किया गया था ... हमारे न्यूरोसर्जन और पीआईसीयू टीम के प्रयासों से हम इस 8 साल के बच्चे की जान बचाने में सफल रहे... हम अपने नन्हे सितारे 🌟 के उज्ज्वल 🌞भविष्य की आशा करते हैं...

Today is a special day for this child... Met with a road traffic accident few days back she was referred to Apple Children's Hospital, Bhopal with Severe traumatic brain injury with right fronto-parieto-temporal bone fracture and internal hemorrhage ...
With the efforts of our Neurosurgeon and PICU team we were able to save life of this 8year old child... she had a speedy recovery and is now going to be discharge...
