This patient developed oligohydramnios and IUGR at around 34 weeks of pregnancy...We did weekly dopplers and daily NST and followed up the patient till 37 weeks when the liquor reduced to nil and the baby developed fetal distress...when emergency C section was done...The baby was in NICU for a week, and today we are sending a healthy mother and baby home..
