ADA GUIDELINES ON PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FOR PEOPLE WITH DIABETES

ADA (American Diabetes Association) recommends a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate- to vigorous-intensity exercise per week, spread over at least 3 days with no more than 2 days between sessions, for most adults with type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes.

Successfully participated & completed Multidisciplinary diabetes program on changing the paradigm in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus management.
