A one and half year old boy was brought with complaints of difficulty in breathing since two days . After further taking history, mother informed that symptoms appeared after child had gram seed and peanuts. After initial stabilisation , foreign body / gram seed was successfully removed from left main bronchus. Post procedure patient is stable and has no symptoms.
