The buyer will build a road on the said land at his own expense.
The buyer will use the land only for the road and will not make any kind of construction on it.
This path will remain open to the seller forever.
If payment is not made on time by the buyer, the seller will have full right to confiscate the payment made so far by the buyer and take the land back into his possession.

क्रेता उक्त जमीन पर अपने खर्चे से सड़क बनाएगा
क्रेता जमीन का उपयोग केवल सड़क के लिए करेगा और उस पर किसी प्रकार का निर्माण नहीं करेगा।
यह रास्ता विक्रेता के उपयोग के लिए हमेशा खुला रहेगा।
यदि क्रेता द्वारा समय पर भुगतान नहीं किया जाता है तो विक्रेता को क्रेता द्वारा अब तक किये गये भुगतान को जब्त करने तथा भूमि को वापस अपने कब्जे में लेने का पूर्ण अधिकार होगा।
