A 4 yr old male child came with a complaint of eruptions all over the body with recurrent fever and urine infection with raised lymphocytes count and constipation
P/H decayed teeth removal and excessive use of iron syrup
Patients recovered 1st urine infection recovered then eruptions gone and lastly lymphocytes came to normal range
