87 year old patient came to us for fixed teeth. She was edentulous for past 25 years. She was unable to wear denture because of resorbed ridges. There was very little bone present for placing implants. Still we managed to place 4 implants on upper arch and 4 implants on lower arch. A fixed all on 4 hybrid denture prosthesis was given to patient. Being 87 year old she cooperated very well in the surgery. Finally we were able to make her smile and enjoy the food which she was unable to chew since last so many years
