"Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise"
-benjamin franklin
some 250 years ago this was the quote given by one of the most intelligent person in the history.....and because of this quote ,we are still taunted by our parents till date, that it is better to wake up early and study.........
let me tell u one thing..........there have been till date no study done ,that can prove that waking up early can improve your studies or quality of life......
everybody have there own time to wake up and sleep
and everybody needs different amount of sleep(i personally need 8 hours of sleep daily)
so if u have a habit of studying all night,do not worry,continue it,u r not wrong..........u r 100% right........
your goal at present should be to do hard work and complete your studies rather than changing the habit because of the guilt.........
(i personally believe that 4 hours of study at late night gets more done than 6 hours of study at day time,i have always been a night person......and i will always be)

Students' complete syllabus, but forget to allot time for revision and before exam they panic

"Completed everything, revised nothing"

Basic things needed to clear any exam: -
1)Cut short all the unnecessary syllabus and sort out the actual important topics that are needed for the exam.

2)Stick to few books and do not change them.

3)Be question practice focused rather than theory focused.

4)Whole syllabus can never be completed, some topics will be left before exam no matter how important they seem to be.

5)Be emotionally detached from the exam, it will help you take rational decisions easily.

6)Go slow in the beginning and take care of your body properly and sleep properly, so that when exam is near you can push your body to limit if needed.

7)People lie a lot, do not get influenced by the preparation of others.

8)Use your common sense, do not follow your coaching blindly, coaching rank may not necessarily convert into actual exam rank. Do what is needed for final exam not coaching tests.

9)Self-made short notes are everything. The better your notes, the faster your revision.

10)Exam doesn’t measure your intelligence, it measures the no. of questions you have corrected, so always go for easy questions first, you can tussle with numerical and tough questions later.

Sticking to few books is boring, thats why very few clear the exam.

Getting into a good medical college is a myth now a days, coz everyone is getting education online anyways.

In counselling, if you a get a good college and good city that is great, but even if you get a mediocre college or any new college, do not worry.
Everything that you are going to study is available online and everyone is studying from there only.

The single best source of revision before exam is your own notes.

These notes should be worked on and modified whole year on the basis of your question practice,
specifically marking past year questions and the things that need more revision.

Also, you have to cut out those things from notes that do not need revision before exam.

Try to keep your notes as short as possible, that will help you in revising maximum syllabus just before exam.

The more syllabus you will be able to revise before exam, the better you will score.

Do only NEET level questions, no matter which book you are following.

What is the use of doing very hard questions?
it may give you a deep understanding of the concepts,
but what will you do with that very deep understanding,

First of all, you will have to devote a lot of time for that
and also, that level of question will not be asked in exam anyway and even if asked you will not get time in exam hall to solve it.

Keep your preparation simple, focus on moderate level of questions that are asked in exam.

Very tough questions you are anyways supposed to leave.

Students prepare for Neet from class 9th and after 4 years of hard work they score a good rank in their first attempt.

But in interviews they will always say that how they used to study 16 hours per day and how disciplined they were.

They create a false perception that they did it all in one year.

In reality 16 hours per day study is not possible for anyone.
These students only succeeded because they started early in life and prepared for long time.

Do not create false expectations in your mind. 6 hours study daily and regularly is enough.

You may not succeed immediately, but you will catch up to that level for preparation eventually.

No matter how good a new book is, it can never be better than the book from which you have already studied.

It’s better to revise the same material than to go after the same topic from a new book.

Almost all the notes and books contain the same content in one way or another,
"Why to navigate through new notes and reach to the same conclusion, it’s better to stick to where you have already studied from and create perfection in that.
