बेलाडोना – चाहे ज्यादा खून जाय या कम, परन्तु दर्द बहुत होता है। मासिक होने से पहले थकावट, भूख न होना; मासिक के दिनों में छाती पर रात को पसीने आना; कभी-कभी ठंड की फुरहरी; लाल परन्तु बहुत गर्म खून ।

क्सैन्योक्साइलम – इसकी 1x या 3x मात्रा देने से 80 फ़ीसदी रोगी ठीक हो जाते हैं।

वाइबरनम औप्युलस – इस दर्द में मूल-अर्क या 3x बहुत अच्छी दवा है। दर्द एकाएक पैदा होकर 8-10 घंटे रहता है। जरायु से दर्द उठकर समूचे पेट में फैल जाता है।

मैग फॉस – ऋतु-शूल में अगर गर्म सेक से आराम हो तो 3x या 6x गर्म पानी के साथ दस-दस मिनट बाद दो। दर्द दूर करने की यह बढ़िया दवा है।

कैक्टस – दर्द के मारे रोगिणी चिल्लाती है, अत्यन्त कमजोरी।

सीपिया – जब ऋतु-धर्म कम जाने के कारण दर्द हो।
