इस मरीज को वेसिको-यूरेटेरिक रिफ्लक्स (VUR) की समस्या थी,
जिसमें पेशाब उल्टा किडनी में चला जाता है।
इससे बार-बार इन्फेक्शन होता है और किडनी पूरी तरह खराब हो जाती है।

ट्रांसप्लांट से पहले खराब किडनी को निकालना ज़रूरी था ताकि

रात में बार-बार पेशाब के लिए उठना पड़ता है?”

प्रोस्टेट मूत्राशय के नीचे स्थित होता है और मूत्र नली (यूरीथ्रा) को चारों ओर से घेरता है।

Sometimes, a small conversation in a hospital can change a life.

Today, we discharged a kidney transplant patient.
Her mother came to meet us — emotional and deeply thankful.

She told me,
“Doctor, that small talk we had on the hospital staircase one and a half months ago changed my daughter’s life.”

A few years ago, her daughter needed a kidney transplant.
Her father was medically unfit to donate.
Her mother was diabetic, and at that time diabetic donors were not accepted.
