7.7 crore and growing, that’s the count of diabetes patients in India. The country is often referred to as the "Diabetes Capital of the World" for good reason. Ironically, over half of Indians are unaware of this silent killer. Moreover, 1 out of 10 women aged between 35-49 suffer from diabetes in India. They are at higher risk of heart disease and other related complications such as blindness, kidney problems and depression.
