Dr Shraddha Agarwal manages her pregnant patients as per UK evidence based practice which offers better patient care and outcome. She deals in high risk pregnancies with medical problems, previous miscarriages or multiple pregnancy. She has developed expertise in offering foetal monitoring in labour (CTG), Foetal blood sampling and is very skilled in performing instrumental deliveries which reduces Caesarean section rates. Dr Shraddha Agarwal has been actively involved in cancer screening programmes of UK like Cervical cancer screening and Uterine cancer screening programmes performing endoscopic Colposcopy and Hysteroscopic procedures. She manages general gynaecological problems like menstrual irregularities and problems of the menopause. ( Hormone replacement treatment) Dr Shraddha Agarwal has special expertise in minimal access surgery, including laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery for heavy periods, fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts and fertility investigations. She maintains her skills with regular operating sessions. She is a keen advocate of keyhole surgery wherever possible. She has also gained experience in investigations and treatment of female incontinence and vaginal prolapse repairs including vaginal hysterectomy. Her fertility experience ranges from Ovarian stimulation cycles,fertility investigation and IUI. She is trained in Early pregnancy and Gynaecological Ultrasound.
