What Happens in Vocal cord Dysfunction?
The vocal cords' abnormal closure obstructs airflow, leading to symptoms like:
Shortness of breath (dyspnea)
Wheezing
Stridor (a harsh, vibrating noise when breathing)
Coughing
Chest or throat tightness
Sensation of choking .

Most common is teachers, Singers, those who abuse voice for long Duration . And in smokers and alocholics .
Vocal cord may have ulcer, Nodule ,polyp ,Growth or keratosis .
Diagnosis by Video laryngoscopy and Stroboscopy .
And Treatment is voice Rest ,Speech Therapy, Vocal Hyegine ,plenty Of Hydration and avoidance of Tea coffee Alcohol and Cessation smoking habits.

Tinnitus, the perception of noise or ringing in the ears, is often caused by damage to the inner ear's hair cells, typically from prolonged exposure to loud sound or noises or age-related hearing loss. Sometimes Tinnitus can occur from idiopathic sensory neural Hearing loss, presence of wax in ear, middle ear infections or inner tumors like Glomus tumor or acoustic Neuroma or it may be a cause of brain injury .
Tinnitus is disabling diaturbing as it disturbs sleep and Quality of life and constant buzzing sound in Ear.
Treatment is doing Audiological evaluation MRI brain and Intratympanic steroid injection if it's sudden or treating cause can also treat Tinnitus .

The risk factors for sinusitis include biofims, Allergic Rhinitis , Adenoid Hypertrophy, inate immune system disturbance, mucociliary disorder ,pollution,smoking, Dental infections, Hormonal imbalance , Aspirin sensitivity and or Asthama

The most common symptoms of sinusitis include
Nasal congestion or Nasal blockade , Discolored ant or post Nasal Discharge
And the minor symptoms include Hyposomia or decreased sensation of smell ,Headache, cough.

Why does my ear piercing still hurt after I got them 6 months ago and by Gun ?

depends on a few things so I'll try my best to go through the potential reasons as concisely as I can as a ENT DOCTOR

1. How you got your ear pierced

I always stress to people that you must must get a piercing done by a professional with a needle in adults and childs with a piercing gun! Piercing guns practically force the jewellery into the ear and the guns cannot be sterilized.

2. The material of jewellery that is or was in your ear

My favourite material is titanium. Why? There is pretty much no risk of an allergic reaction You need a decent type of metal to allow for healing and prevent irritation.

3. The placement of the ear piercing and your sleeping habits (since the question didn't say what type of ear piercing you got)

So I did it all right with the 2 points mentioned above but even now my helix piercing can get a bit sore. This is most definitely because I sleep on my side as this is only ever a problem during the night or when I wake up. Sometimes your ear can get irritated simply because of how you sleep on it, even if you don't mean to sleep on it at all.

4. Aftercare

Did you regularly clean the piercings when they were very fresh? Do you still clean them now? The cheapest, and in my opinion, best solution is sea salt (NOT table salt or any other) with hot water and then clean with a cotton bud.

A ptofessional ENT Doctor has better training. Finally it's patients choice by which instrument she is interested.

Allergen specific immunotherapy or Immunoglobulin ( Histoglob)
AIT is a treatment that provides the potential for long-term relief from Allergic Rhinitis. It includes subcutaneous and sublingual methods of administration. As a potentially disease-modifying therapy, it is surprisingly often the last treatment option for patients whose symptoms are ill-managed by the traditional pharmacologic therapies like imtranasal steroids and Anti Allergics despite showing evidence for primary use. Indeed, it is an option for patients who have not responded to standard pharmacotherapy or those who wish to avoid the use of pharmacotherapy on a long-term basis.
Immunotherapy is given after skin prick test to know the Nature of Allergen like House dust mite , pollen, fungus , grass ,cockroches .
No major side effects except minor pruritus itching and Rashes .
Doses daily for 4_ 6 wks.

Immunoglobulin (Histoglob) doesn't need skin prick test as it's a Immunoglobulin. Given subcutaneous filled syringe 4 day interval in adults and 8 days interval in children for 8 doses .After 8 doses booster dose given in 1 month 3 month 6 months.
There is documentation that in case of Allergic Rhintis and Asthama there is 98% improvement of symptoms.

A migraine is a severe throbbing headache that persists for hours on one side of head mostly females.
Most common symptoms are headache associated with Nausea Vomiting, numbness, tingling, visual disturbance, sometimes ringing in ears(tinnitus( and weakness of muscles and dizziness also.
Symptoms gets aggravated due to stress ,menstruation lack of sleepiness, too much physical activity and exposure to bright light for hours .
Migraine occurs due to vasoconstriction of blood vessels in Brain.
Treatment includes rest avoidance of stress calm and quiet environment and medications

Can I put hydrogen peroxide to clean my ears ?
Most common cause of itchy ears is Wax followed by skin conditions, those habit of putting buds frequently to ear habit of cleaning the ears, swimmers Ear, Ear infections like otitis externa and Fungus , allergy ,use of hearing aids device or those using ear phones constantly continuously .

If this conditions continue for many a days the the ph of ext Ear canal changes the hepful bacteria that are present in ext auditory canal decreases in number , the oil normally secrets keep the ear canal moisture subsides leading to itchy ears .

Hydrogen peroxide is not used now a days .it causes maceration of canal skin and burning / scarring of Tympanic membrane resulting perforation ot Tympanic Membrane and middle Ear damage .

Thyroid cancers are most common in women at middle age Group.
There are 4 types of thyroid cancer .
Most common is papillary cancer of thyroid .
Most common symptoms of thyroid cancer is
-Swelling or lump in neck causing
-Difficulty in swallowing
-Change is character of voice or speech
-Dyspnia or breathlessness .

Thyroid cancers are confirmed with ct scan ,fnac test and functional thyroid tests.

With confirmation with reports patient is planned for surgery either Hemithyroidectomy or Total Thyroidectomy.
