11 YEAR BATTLE CAME TO AN END! LIVING A STRESS FREE LIFE NOW!

Pradeepa had been battling IBS for 11 years. Despite trying multiple treatments, she did not get complete relief. This eventually led to depression and skin issues like itching.

She started taking medicines for anxiety, digestive issues (antacids for 4 years), sleeping issues for 2 years and skin issues for 2.5 years but still found no relief.

Seeing the fact that her everyday life was affected (she could not even do her cooking and take care of her 11-year-old daughter), her husband approached a wellness coach in the WQ Community through his brother's common friend.

After having a detailed discussion with the coach, she made necessary changes to her cooking methods and lifestyle including physical activity and a diet rich in nutrition. Along with it, she supplemented the required nutrition. Within 2 weeks of following all changes, she got a significant relief from IBS.

Along the way, she learned the ways to handle her stress and depression. in 6 months she got complete relief from IBS and depression. Now she no longer takes medication for sleeping and digestive issues and the dosage of the skin medication and anxiety medication have significantly reduced.

Her Vitamin D improved from 13.84 to 52.8, haemoglobin from 9.7 to 12.5. Now she is very happy because she feels like she is an independent individual.

NO MORE DIGESTIVE ISSUES!

Pravesh had been feeling helpless and clueless about his digestive issues for quite some time. Acidity, burning sensation in his stomach, gastric issues and bloating had been bothering him for a while.

He tried different things, but nothing seemed to work. He was feeling frustrated and defeated until he met his college senior who happened to be a wellness coach at the WQ Community.

Pravesh’s coach took a detailed history of his diet and lifestyle and asked him about his eating and exercise habits. The coach suggested all the changes that could improve Pravesh’s health, including cutting out what is not needed and adding more whole, fresh foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein.

The coach also suggested that Pravesh start working on eating habits and exercise regularly. Within just two months, Pravesh started to notice a difference.

He lost 5 kg weight during his journey and his digestive issues became less frequent. Now he is not experiencing any acidity, burning sensation and bloating and he feels more energetic and positive about his health.
