Never ignore any ulcer/wound/lesion over skin which errupts spontaneously!!! & does not heal by itself.

Here the patient is a middle aged female,who had an ulcer over the posterior scalp. Initially she was ignorant about that and later she was mismanaged. When pts presented to us she had this huge ulceroprolifarative lesion which already had eaten up the skull bone.
We removed the lesion and reconstructed the bone, skin successfully.

The best line of management is surgical excision.

What one should do in a major trauma?
Here is a case of glass cut injury right forearam volar aspect with both the vessel trasected (Radial ulnar) both the nerve cut (Median ulnar) and all the volar muscles cut (FDS,FDP,FCR,FCU,PT).Pt presented to hospital with in 2 hr of trauma and sx was performed immidiately with repair of all mentioned structures.
Pt follwed all the post op advises,physiotherapy and here is the result.

Never ignore a swelling over any part of body...especially when it is growing in nature...
This 42yr old lady had soft tissue swelling over left thigh since more then 2 yrs....although it was painless but growing in nature. The lesion has grown upto such an extent that it has thinned out the thigh muscle displaced nerve and vessel.
She was operated successfully and 4.2kg mass has been removed.
