Late post.... A 27 year male reported to the clinc with severe toothache irt 46. X-ray revealed a periapical lesion of about 5mm...at first the periapical lesion was treated with regular CaOH dressing...afterthat the root canal was completed and the patient was followed up every 3months ...the recent x-ray after arround 6months revealed no reoccurrence of lesion and a healthy and smiling patient ☺️☺️
