Family Counseling and Free Legal Aid Center-SHELTER(Society of Health Education Legal Training and Emergency Rehabilitation has tried for a mission as an attempt to serve people for Legal Aid being a non-profit society that was established to provide equal access to the justice system for poor, low-income and vulnerable people who would otherwise be unable to afford an attorney/advocate.
The Counselor with the purpose to solve cases does regular Networking, attends and conducts meetings to create awareness about the services of the center and also conducts field visits, home visits. Also, the Counselor coordinates training programs conducted by shelter family counselor for the benefit of rural youth and women.
SHELTER Counseling Center functions as a service /resource provider to solve domestic problems. Counselor of this center visits various places to create awareness about Domestic Violence, Legal Rights & other issues related to respective families and also encourage to take help of the counseling center to resolve the family conflict.
Legal Aid is a humanitarian response to the needs challenging economic conditions resulting from the decline of the job in industry have impacted every aspect of social life, including access to the justice system. High rates of unemployment resulting from job losses and the constantly rising cost of living, have severely jeopardized the ability of residents to secure the protection of what is arguably one of the most fundamental civil rights in a democratic society — the right to equal access to justice.
