INVITATION FOR ONLINE YOGA CLASS

Dear one,
We are delighted to inform you that we have started online yoga classes on week days at 6 am with the sessions extending for one hour.
Yoga sessions are categorised in to three levels out of which level 1 and level 2 are included in the online sessions.
LEVEL 1. Prevention, recovery and management of specific diseases like.
Heel pain, knee pain, back pain, neck, shoulder & elbow pain, hypo thyroid, type II diabetes, acid peptic diseases like hyper acidity, gas, constipation & ibs, cold, Nasal allergy & asthma, concentration & eye sight improvement, high bp, ischaemic heart diseases, irregular monthly cycle, menstrual cramp & easy child birth, paralysis, stress related diseases and graceful ageing.
Level 1 classes are therapeutic sessions conducted thrice a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. These sessions aims at easing out the disease conditions of the participants
LEVEL 2 classes aims at..
PREVENTION AND HEALTH PROMOTION OF PATIENTS
These classes are specially devised to prepare the patients body and mind for a higher level of activities where there is least possibility for relapse of the disease. However Senior citizens and patients with ACUTE conditions need to be cautious while doing LEVEL 2 yoga.
LEVEL 2 classes are conducted twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday for patients who have progressed in recovery and able to face the challenges of level 2 endurance and flexibility.
Saturday is reserved for meditation and training classes.
Sunday closed.
Beginners are advised to attend therapeutic classes on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday for three weeks after which they can mix both level 1 and level 2 classes.
. LEVEL 3 is for those who are having standard fitness level and aims at
1. Weight reduction calories wise.
2. Reduction of ab circumference inch wise.
3. Management of type II diabetes and hypo thyroid
4. Enhancing physical strength, stamina and flexibility.
LEVEL 3 classes are held five day a week at 7.15am on week days with each session extending up to 75 minutes. LEVEL III CLASSES, for the time being , is not available online. Off line class destination is Kalinga Buddha Vihar, Housing Board Square, unit IX, Bhubaneswar.
SINGLE SESSION
PERSONAL YOGA PACKAGES with video assistance imparted off line on request only.
This session is applicable for patients with multiple co morbidities along with joint pain and obesity.

2. With spouse:
500 pm
3. With spouse and
children : 700 pm
Subscription is pre paid with 30days validity. The participants have the option to deposit fees for a maximum period of 3 months

New registered members will be given few on line learning sessions about postures, pranayam & meditation with prior notice to equip themselves for a closed eye practice.

Just download GOOGLE MEET in your phone/ laptop and send your name, age, weight and diseases details to 9937639038. You will be included in a WhatsApp group and class link will be sent in the group just before the start of the session.
Yoga class timing is 6am to 7am on week days. It is 6.30 to 7.30 am on Saturdays. Sunday is holiday.
Late joining will be allowed up to 6.,30 am.
