An Insightful Session on Advances in Revision Total Knee Replacement (TKR)

I had the privilege of delivering a talk on “Advances in Revision Total Knee Replacement (TKR)” at the one-day CME organized by Apollo Hospital, Bhubaneswar, in collaboration with the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and Association of Physicians of India (API), Bhubaneswar Chapter on 22nd June 2025 at the IMA House, Bhubaneswar.
As the Senior Consultant – Orthopedics & Joint Replacement, Apollo Hospital Bhubaneswar and Secretary, Indian Arthroplasty Association, it was an honor to address a gathering of distinguished medical professionals and share insights into the evolving landscape of revision knee arthroplasty. I’m thankful to the organizers for this platform and grateful to all colleagues who participated in making it a success.

It was a privilege to be part of the IAA OUTREACH PROGRAM on the “Basic Hip Course” organized by the Indian Arthroplasty Association (IAA) at MKCG Hospital, Brahmapur, Odisha.
Myself being the Secretary of the Indian Arthroplasty Association, it was really heart warming to have organised it in my state with the President Dr Sanjeev Jain present in the event.
I had the honour of conducting a Live Surgery on a Reverse Hybrid Total Hip Arthroplasty (THA) Surgery, and delivering talks on:
🔹 Bone Cement
🔹 Indications and Method of Femoral Cementation
I was also pleased to chair several engaging presentations by distinguished faculty members. My heartfelt appreciation to local organisers
Looking forward as Secretary to organizing more such meaningful academic engagements and increased participation of local surgeons throughout India in future IAA outreach programs, during my tenure.
