Just like cellphone becomes smart phone,Dentistry changes from the traditional ( drilling and filling ) to morden ( minimal invasive ) Dentistry.......

Traditional treatments were basically Want Based Treatment...
Newer advancement in the material science changes the concept from Want Based to Need Based.......

Filling the tooth doesn't mean pasting something over it but it should be compatible with the tooth as well as in the constantly changing oral enviornment......
