A 16 years old male with Thalassemia major, HIV positive and post bone marrow transplant was brought with complaint of fever (105 F), rashes all over body and deranged liver function test, in poor condition at JAY NURSING HOME, BHUJ. Patient was treated for 6 days with complete resolution of all symptoms and was successfully discharged on 7th day.
