Sometimes the smallest, gentlest movements have the greatest impact. 🌱

🧘‍♀️ In meditation, like ta***ic meditation, just 12–24 minutes can make a real difference.
💪 In exercises – precise, calm movements can work wonders! Slowly relaxing your breath and muscles in asanas helps you go even deeper into the pose.

✨ The same goes for Qigong – first we guide the movements, then let the body and energy flow freely.
And it’s not just about the mat – you can take this into everyday life too! 🌸

✨ At the end of the day, the only thing that truly matters is the truth.
We might fear it, we might try to hide from it — but that only prolongs our suffering.

💼 Sometimes we hide the truth because we’re afraid of losing a job. At first, it feels manageable — we have the salary, the stability. But deep inside, we struggle… we can’t rest, we can’t sleep, we lose our peace.

💡 As long as we’re not aligned with truth, with reality, we can’t feel true joy.
So rise up. 🌱
Stand for yourself.
Stand for freedom.
Stand for the world we are creating together — a world that can be kind, bright, and full of life… or one that sinks into sorrow and pain.

☀️🧘‍♀️ Best Yoga for after monsoon (mid September - November) 🧘‍♂️🌿

Our body has different needs at different times – both throughout life and depending on the season.
While dynamic, strengthening sequences with fast transitions (like vinyasa) work great in winter ❄️, in hot days it’s worth focusing on something completely different: stretching, cooling, and calming the body. 😌

During this time, pay extra attention to your abdomen – backbends (especially lying on the belly), gentle twists, and side bends will be your best friends. 😍
Some traditions recommend forward bends in hot weather, but according to Ayurveda, it’s better to limit them – they increase blood flow to the head, which can intensify the feeling of heat. For the same reason, skip intense inverted poses for now.

🕖 Practice preferably in the morning 🌄 or evening 🌆, in a cool, shaded space.
Swap energetic Sun Salutations for gentle Moon Salutations 🌙.
Hold each pose for no longer than 45 seconds ⏰, taking short breaks for breath and relaxation in between.

Don’t skip the final relaxation in Shavasana – summer is the perfect time to fall in love with Yoga Nidra. 💕
Add cooling pranayama: sitali or sitkari, to feel even more relief and lightness.

Enjoy your practice and don’t take it too seriously – summer yoga is all about joy, space, and breath.

Many years ago, during my pilates classes, I discovered a powerful lesson: less is more ✨.
Later, thanks to years of practicing yoga and recently Qigong, I realized another truth—real strength is born from softness. 🌱💪

Through gentle, consistent, and mindful practice, we build inner resilience. This kind of strength is supple, flexible, and lasting—not stiff or brittle.

👉 It’s easy to point a finger at others, to blame them for how we feel.
But the truth is… the most anyone can do is awaken or poke something that was already inside of us. 🌱✨

🧘 There’s a story of a young monk who decided to meditate while floating in a small boat on a peaceful lake. With eyes closed, he drifted in silence for a long time. Suddenly, another boat crashed into his – and anger instantly arose. He was ready to shout at the careless person…

🚣 But when he opened his eyes, he saw the truth:
the boat was empty.

There was nobody to blame. Nobody to shout at.
It just happened. 🌊

And so the monk realized: emotions come and go on their own, just like waves on the water. They don’t always need a “third party” to trigger them – and through meditation, we can see that clearly.

💡 From that day on, every time he felt anger rising, he simply smiled to it with understanding. 🙏💛

📱👶 More and more children are struggling – and it’s easy to say: “It’s because of Paw Patrol and too much screen time.”
🧠🚫 Older kids? Lacking imagination and independent thinking – “That must be ChatGPT’s fault.”
😡💔 Aggression, low self-esteem, lack of focus? “Blame it on Reels, Facebook and Instagram.”

But the truth is different…
👩‍👩‍👦 Screens didn’t just appear in our children’s hands – we were the ones who put them there.
⏳ We, always busy, always with a phone in our hand.
🤖 We use Thermomix and Roomba instead of making things with our own hands.
📚 And when was the last time our kids saw us holding a book, a paint brush, or a yoga mat?

👀 Children learn by copying.
We can sign them up for 100 different activities and feel like we’re doing everything right – but no class, no screen will ever replace closeness, conversation, listening, and understanding. ❤️

✨ Taking responsibility for what we see in our children can feel heavy.
But in the end, it brings something powerful – freedom. 💫

✨ According to the teachings of Ta**ra, there is only one consciousness – one actor playing all possible roles… including you and me 🎭💫

Everything that exists unfolds within this field of awareness. Close your eyes for a moment 😌👁️ and ask yourself:
👉 Is the room you’re in inside your consciousness…
👉 or is your consciousness inside the room? 🌀

If you contemplate this deeply, you’ll sense that everything – both the tangible 🪨 and the fleeting like a thought 💭 – is consciousness itself.
Because otherwise, we simply wouldn’t be aware of it at all… 🙏

To which my desk mate added with a grin:
😅 “Yeah, but it sure runs like hell!”

And you know what? That’s true.
But there’s one little “but”... 👇
A lie only wins in the short run 🏃‍♂️💨.
The truth may walk slowly 🚶‍♀️, but it ALWAYS reaches the finish line 🎯✨
