*‘बिडकीन’ वर्षपूर्तीच्या मुहूर्तावर ‘समृद्धी’च्या शेंद्रा येथील इंटरचेंजचे 29 सप्टेंबरला उद्घाटन:* उद्योगांना वाहतुकीसाठी होणार फायदा, वेळही वाचणार- अतुल सावे

"छत्रपती संभाजीनगरातील शेंद्रा औद्याेगिक वसाहतीतून समृद्धी महामार्गावर जाण्यासाठीच्या इंटरचेंजचे उद्घाटन २९ सप्टेंबरला केले जाणार आहे. यामुळे इंटरचेंजमुळे शहरातील वाहनधारकांचा समुद्धीवर प्रवेश करणे सोपे झाले आहे.

शिवाय छत्रपती संभाजीनगरमधल्या उद्योजकांना आता थेट मुंबईसह इतरत्र माल वाहतूकही करता येणार आहे. त्यामुळे शेंद्रा बिडकीन ऑरिकमधील औद्योगिक मालाची वाहतूक आता जलद होणार आहे. पर्यायाने जालना रोडवरील वाहतुकीचा ताणही कमी होणार आहे. “बिडकीन औद्योगिक वसाहतीला २९ सप्टेंबर २०२५ रोजी एक वर्ष पूर्ण होणार आहे”.

पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी गेल्या वर्षी २९ सप्टेंबर २०२४ रोजी दूरदृश्य प्रणालीच्या माध्यमातून उद्घाटन केले होते. या निमित्ताने वर्षपूर्तीनिमित्ताने विविध कार्यक्रमांचे आयोजनही करण्यात आले आहे. यासाठी उद्योगमंत्री उदय सामंत येणार असल्याची माहिती सूत्रांनी दिली."

"बिडकीनमध्ये सातत्याने गुंतवणूक वाढत आहे. सध्या आठ हजार एकर जागेपैकी उद्योगासाठी जागा शिल्लक नाही. त्यामुळे नव्याने जागेचे भूसंपादन केले जाईल. येथे ७८९९० कोटीची गुंतवणूक आलेली असून या माध्यमातून ३५७४६ रोजगारही मिळेल. या कार्यक्रमानिमित्त उद्योजकांचा सत्कारही केला जाणार असल्याची माहिती सूत्रांनी दिली. वेबसाइटचे उद्घाटनही केले जाणार आहे."

Construction work started by Ather Energy in Bidkin DMIC, Auric city.

Key Facts-

This will be Ather Energy’s third manufacturing plant, Factory 3.0 located in Maharashtra.

The site is in Bidkin, Aurangabad Industrial City (AURIC), Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar

• The investment is over ₹2,000 crore.
• Expected generation of ~4,000 jobs.

The facility will make both electric two-wheelers and battery packs.

Recently company unveils its EL01 based electric two wheeler platform, as per report EL01 based vehicles will be manufacturing in Factory 3.0

Bidkin DMIC will connect Waluj MIDC with a new 6 lane highway.

The Public Works Department has submitted a proposal of Rs 1,500 crore to the state government for a 32 km six-lane new (greenfield) road connecting Bidkin DMIC to Samruddhi Highway via Karmad, and Rs 1,500 crore for a new 26 km greenfield road from Bidkin to Waluj MIDC.
A demand of Rs 1300 crores for land acquisition has been made.

A proposal has also been submitted for a 22-storey administrative building in the available space next to the new District Collector's Office in the Labour Colony area. An estimated cost of Rs 450 crore is expected for this.

Key Plans & Investments

The company intends to invest about US$3 billion over the next five years into developing, designing, manufacturing NEVs in India.

First passenger vehicle under the JSW Motors brand is expected in the second half of FY 2026.

They are setting up a large automotive hub in Bidkin, Maharashtra (630 acres).
