One of my relative came with complaint of cervical spondylosis and on enquiring about other complaints he said other complaints not much troublesome so he is seeking only for spondylosis
After case taking modalities were indicating Rhus tox which no doubt relieved the symptoms to a great extent but not cured then I thought of Repertorizing the case so that to reach the right simillimum.
Next visit patient told about his fungal infection which was there since LONG TIME. For which he had taken allopathic Treatment once or twice without any relief. But since long using a cream for itching. On these symptoms indicated remedy given without any relief. Then I thought of taking the case again and prior to that I realized that I have not taken mentals. I started Recollecting his behaviour his talking walking etc. and came to conclusion that he feels himself to be very superior always finding fault of others and scolding them always at the end completing his matter with... Main na hota tho kuch na hota tum logo main kisiko bhi aqal nahi hai sab mujhay hi dekhna Padta hai.....

Next visit enquired about itching told little reduced. And told a symptom which he forgot to say before It was in inner thighs offensive discharge from the infection which was staining the inner wear Yellow.
Next I enquired about spondylosis he was very happy to say that it was cured now no complaint of spondylosis
