A 19 Yr old unmarried female came with complaints of gradual abdominal distension and progressive abdominal discomfort for 6 months...with regular menstrual history. On examination firm, tender mass arose from the pelvis corresponding in size to a pregnant uterus of 24 weeks. Transabdominal use revealed uterine enlargement with 2 myomas measuring 18*14 cm and 10 cm ovaries and adnexa were not visualized due to enlarge bulky uterus...Myomectomy was done after proper counseling by Dr. Beena Singh at Beena Prakash Hospital and both myomas were sent for HPE.
