Indian weight loss meal

Protein Balls Sandesh

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup chenna
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (ilachi)
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads (kesar), soaked overnight in 1 tablespoon gulab jal
- 1-2 packet Stevia
- 1/4 teaspoon elachi powder (cardamom powder)

Instructions:

1. *Blend the mixture*: Combine cheese, milk, pistachio, cardamom powder, saffron (with rose water), and Stevia extract in a blender or mixer. Blend until smooth.
2. *Cook the mixture*: Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens slightly and forms a soft dough.
3. *Cool and shape*: Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Shape into 6-8 small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
4. *Refrigerate*: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
