Hello. Hope you all are well.
This month, join us as we reflect on what’s the “best voice” at a given time and stage...recognize that growth is a gentle journey, and that as we know better, we continue to do better.

In this session, we draw gently from the Buddhist understanding of Right Speech which is speaking what is truthful, timely, and beneficial, we will consider how our words and presence can become a bridge rather than a barrier.

Free and open to all 🌸
🗓️ Saturday, 25th April
⏰ 5:30–6:30pm IST / 4–5pm GST

Last week, in a conversation with a couple about growing apart, something simple stood out: that change hadn’t come from big moments, but from small, everyday choices.

It made us reflect on how we’re always ‘becoming’, being shaped continuously and quietly by what we do, say, and repeat each day.

Buddhism, psychology and many contemplative tradition recognize this as the all powerful HABIT!

Perhaps staying mindful of these small steps: how we speak, act, and respond can gently make us more aware of or perhaps even shift our direction. 💐

And it reminded us of this Calvin and Hobbes 😊

So here’s to noticing the little choices today, and trusting where small, steady, intentional steps can lead us.

We all carry our own truths. But how do we hold them… with guardedness? tightly?… or with softness, lightly?

In a world that often seems to favour firm opinions and instant reactions, what could it mean to hold our truths lightly?

‘Holding Our Truths Lightly’ is an invitation to reflect on choice, care, and everyday wisdom… not as distant ideals, but as practices we can live.

A few days to pause, to inquire, and to rediscover how gently we might meet ourselves and one another.

Delighted to share our upcoming retreat at Deer Park Institute (Bir, Himachal Pradesh).

Given the current situation, we’ve chosen a suitable topic for our monthly offering.

TOPIC 👉 When the Mind Won’t Rest: Learning to work with Worry

Worry is ofen the mind’s attempt to anticipate and control uncertain futures. When these thoughts go unexamined or become habitual, they can easily turn into loops that affect how we think, feel, and respond to the world. This session explores the nature of worry and how we can meet it with awareness rather than letting it take over our lives. Drawing on contemplative practices and psychological insights, we will explore simple ways to steady the mind and respond more wisely to uncertainty.

Free and open to all 🌸
