*Important information for all the CMHT health card beneficiaries Migrated to AB-PMJAY:*

1. Add member functionality is now available for a short period of time.

2. Therefore, to collect e-kyc/add member, beneficiaries are requested to visit our AB-PMJAY & CMHT Enrollment/Registration counter at the CMO Block (A), DC Office Complex or District Hospital Bishnupur with proper documents (Ration Card-Latest updated/Epic Card/Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate)

3. Eligible PMJAY Beneficiaries are also requested to get enrolled in the scheme at the earlier.

Ayushman Chaupal Ayushman Sabha; Participation of ASHAs and Anganwadi workers/helpers of the District in mobilising and creating awareness on Ayushman Bharat - PMJAY to the public and beneficiaries as part of the celebration of Ayushman Pakhwada from 20th to 30th September 2024.

ASHAs and Anganwadi workers & helpers are now eligible under PMJAY.

Aapke Dwar Ayushman; Ayushman Card Creation and Card Distribution Drive undertaken on Day 1 of the celebration of Ayushman Pakhwada (20th to 30th September 2024) at Bishnupur District.The drive was organized by District Implementation Unit (DIU) for PMJAY

A special PMJAY enrolment camp was organized for IDPs staying at Tourist Resort,Sendra Hillock Block-A & B of Bishnupur District.
