A 23 year old male patient presented with hoarseness of voice since 3 years. He underwent endoscopy of throat which revealed a lobulated mass arising from right vocal cord, which was removed completely. Biopsy of the mass is suggestive of A-V malformation. After 3 weeks of surgery patient is having normal voice.

Most difficult foreign body removed from food pipe "Partial Denture".

A 32 year old patient presented with difficulty in swallowing since last night after he swallowed the removal partial denture which he never removed as he was told by his treating dentist that it was a fixed denture.

Always remember to remove your denture while sleeping because such accidents are bound to happen.

A 35 years old patient came with complaints of pain while opening mouth and difficulty in chewing. He had history of assault about 1 month back. On examination he was found to have fracture angle of mandible. Patient was taken for open reduction and internal fixation with mini plates and screws. Happy patient after completion of treatment.

A 17 years old patient presented with throat pain and difficulty in swallowing after eating non-veg. On evaluation found a piece of bone stuck in oesophagus. Removed bone piece from oesophagus via rigid oesophagoscopy.
