Report on Online Workshop on “Effective Sales and Marketing Strategies for Start-ups”

Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana successfully organized an online workshop on “Effective Sales and Marketing Strategies for Start-ups” on Saturday, 31st January 2026 at 12:30 PM under the guidance of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). The program aimed to enhance entrepreneurial skills and marketing knowledge among students.

The program was coordinated by Mr. Rohit P. Salkute, who ensured smooth planning and effective ex*****on of the event.

The session began with a warm welcome of the resource person Mr. Dhananjay Kharat (Medical Representative, Torrent Pharma Ltd.) by the respected Principal Dr. Shirish Jain, who felicitated the guest speaker with an E-bouquet and expressed gratitude for accepting the invitation. Dr. Jain also motivated students to actively participate and gain maximum benefit from the workshop.

During the session, Mr. Dhananjay Kharat delivered an informative and interactive talk on effective sales techniques, modern marketing strategies, customer engagement, branding, and business growth opportunities for start-ups. His real-world industry experiences provided valuable insights and practical guidance to the participants.

The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members. Participants actively engaged in the discussion and clarified their doubts during the interactive segment.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Shailesh Kewatkar, who expressed sincere appreciation to the resource person, Principal, organizing committee, and all participants for making the event successful.

Overall, the workshop was highly informative and beneficial, contributing to the entrepreneurial development and professional growth of students.

There was a Workshop on “Design thinking, Critical Thinking and Innovation Design” by Dr. Abhijeet Kulkarni on 27/01/2026 at 11 AM. One hundred nineteen students of had attended the Workshop. The overall process steps ideas about opportunities in India for Startup and Startup importance and benefits also given with presentation and giving examples by live photographs. He had explained step wise in depth detailing for running a Startup Smoothly. He motivated students by blending design thinking with critical thinking, and to foster innovation that delivers customer-centric solutions to overcome challenges with critical thinking real world problems. He focused on design thinking and interacted with the students. The session was highly engaging and enlightening for the students. We are grateful and with utmost gratitude, and would like to thanks Dr. Abhijeet Kulkarni for executed a Workshop. He spoke at length on the subject of Ideation and Design Thinking using small exercises which made students curious and kept them engaged. He also discussed the psychological aspects of the critical thinking. The session was highly engaging and enlightening for the students. At the end Dr. S. P. Jain, Principal, RSCP, Buldhana has appreciated the content which was shared by the speaker and motivated the students to get such an important aspects in pharmaceutical sciences. Dr. Shailesh M. Kewatkar was coordinator of the session. He has expressed a vote of thanks to speaker as well as all the participants involved in the session.

🇮🇳 Republic Day Celebration Report – 2026 🇮🇳

Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana celebrated the 77th Republic Day of India with great enthusiasm, pride, and patriotic spirit on 26th January 2026. The celebration commenced with the ceremonial flag hoisting by Respected Padmatai Sawale, Secretary of Dwarka Bahuuddeshiy Gramin Vikas Foundation, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

After the flag hoisting, the National Anthem was sung collectively, creating an atmosphere filled with national pride and unity. In her inspiring address, Respected Padmatai Sawale emphasized the importance of patriotism, social responsibility, and the role of youth in nation-building. Her motivational words encouraged all RSCPians to uphold constitutional values and contribute positively to society.

The program was conducted under the guidance of Principal Dr. Shirish Jain, who highlighted the significance of Republic Day and motivated students to follow the ideals of freedom fighters and the Constitution of India. He also appreciated the efforts of faculty members and students in organizing the event successfully.

The celebration witnessed the gracious presence of Heads of Departments, teaching and non-teaching staff, and a large number of students, who actively participated and made the program meaningful. MY Bharat organized a District-Level Sports Competition at Shivsai Universal Dnyanpith, Buldhana. The inaugural function was graced by our respected Principal, Dr. Shirish Jain, as the Chief Guest and Guest Speaker, along with Shri Mrutunjay Gaikwad (Member, Municipal Corporation, Buldhana), Shri Pranit Sangvikar (DYO, MY Bharat), and the honorable management of Shivsai Universal Dnyanpith, Buldhana.
During the program, Dr. Shirish Jain guided the participants about the importance of sports in developing a positive attitude, physical fitness, discipline, and leadership skills in life.
