We are delighted to share that we had the privilege of hosting Mr. Anand Bhusare, Formulation Scientist at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Hyderabad, under the RSCP-SPARK initiative.
His session was truly insightful, offering our students a deeper understanding of formulation sciences, industry expectations, and the transition from academics to research and development. The interaction encouraged students to think beyond textbooks and connect their knowledge with real-world pharmaceutical challenges.
I sincerely thank Mr. Anand Bhusare Sir for sharing his expertise and motivating our budding pharmacists. Heartfelt gratitude to our respected Principal, Dr. Shirish Jain Sir, for his constant support in organizing such impactful industry-academia engagements.

Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana, organized a hybrid session featuring Mrs. Anita Saini, Trainer Securities Market at the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as Resource Person for PFRDA, NISM, NCDEX, and NCFE. Mrs. Saini shared her knowledge on "Lean Start-Up and Minimum Viable Products/Business." The event was well-attended by students and faculty eager to learn about start-up methods, innovation, and business growth.Mrs. Anita Saini explained the Lean Start-Up approach in simple terms, focusing on how to test ideas quickly and improve them based on feedback. She highlighted the importance of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to try out business ideas with minimal resources. She also discussed the difference between start-ups and traditional businesses and shared practical tips for innovation and building successful businesses.The session ended with an interactive Q&A, where Mrs. Saini answered questions from the audience about starting and running a business. Her clear and practical advice inspired everyone and helped them understand how to create and grow successful ventures in today’s competitive world. The session was a great success, leaving attendees motivated and better equipped for entrepreneurship.

An IQAC initiative, Career Development Cell, Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldana organized a Certificate Course on ‘Soft Skills & Personality Development’ was conducted during 8th –11th September 2025.
This enriching program was held under the valuable guidance of Principal, Dr. Shirish Jain and coordinated by Dr. Somnath Swami Vibhute (Head, Career Development Cell).
The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Nitin Patil, Founder and Director Uttung Bharari Training Academy, Mumbai. Mr. Nitin Patil engaged students in highly interactive sessions through activities, role-plays, team games, and practical exercises.
Day 1 focused on Positive Attitude, Self-Esteem, and Emotional Intelligence, helping participants build resilience, empathy, and interpersonal relationships.
Day 2 emphasized Communication Skills and Public Speaking, equipping students with confidence, clarity, and the art of impactful expression.
Day 3 highlighted Work Ethics, Time Management, and Adaptability, enabling students to enhance discipline, productivity, and flexibility in professional as well as personal life.
Day 4: Recap and assessment
This program not only helped students sharpen their soft skills but also contributed significantly to their overall personality development, preparing them for future professional challenges.
Special thanks to the organizing team, faculty, and students for making this initiative a grand success. Together, we continue to foster holistic growth and career readiness at RSCP, Buldana.

The World Entrepreneurs' Day celebrations at Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana, were initiated by the Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) to honor the significant contributions of entrepreneurs. Celebrated annually on August 21st, this day recognizes the hard work, innovation, and impact entrepreneurs have on economic growth, job creation, and societal progress. In line with these celebrations, the college organized a seminar focused on Entrepreneurship and Start-ups for its students.
The program began with a warm welcome to the guest, followed by an introduction from Ms. M. R.Jawale, the event coordinator. The keynote speaker,Mr. Namdev Patil Industries Officer DIC Buldhana, delivered an inspiring address. He emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship and innovation as career paths, highlighting their crucial role in driving economic development. Mr.Namdev Patil sir provided valuable insights into how students can pursue these fields, underlining their potential to create new industries, generate employment, and enhance existing products and processes.

This discussion was hosted by Dr. Abhay Jere, Vice Chairman AICTE and CIO, MoE’s Innovation Cell, Govt. of India. A series of sessions with Indian Leaders and Start-up founders in the form of podcasts named “Rashtra Pratham” and “Celebrating Failures” to inspire young minds by seeing challenges as opportunities will be further conducted.
