An offline seminar on Career Guidance, GPAT & NIPER Exam Preparation and Development of 21st Century Soft Skills was organized on 4th November at Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana . The event was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Shirish Jain , Principal of the college, and with the inspiration of Hon. Dhuptrao Sawale , President of the institution.

The keynote speaker , Mr. Rupesh Choure , Director of GDC Classes, Latur, and an eminent GPAT mentor, delivered an insightful session focusing on effective strategies for GPAT and NIPER exam preparation along with the importance of soft skills essential for 21st-century pharmacy professionals. His engaging and informative talk provided valuable guidance and motivation to the students.

During the seminar, seven students who actively participated and answered questions correctly received GPAT guidance booklets as prizes. Additionally, GDC Classes donated seven specimen copies of GPAT and NIPER-related materials for the benefit of students. The seminar was coordinated by Prof. Rushikesh G. Diware and successfully conducted with the support of all faculty members and enthusiastic participation of students.

District Level Science Exhibition at RSCP, Buldhana

The District Youth Festival was organized by the District Sports Office, Buldhana, on 6th November 2025. As part of the festival, a District Level Science Exhibition was successfully conducted in collaboration with Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana (RSCP).

The program was graced by Mr. Mahankar, District Sports Officer, Buldhana, as the Chief Guest, while Dr. Shirish Jain, Principal, RSCP, presided over the function as President.

The panel of judges for the exhibition included Dr. Vijay Borkar, Dr. Prakash Kendre, Dr. Anant More, Dr. Ashish Gawai, Mr. Tushar Dharulkar, and Mr. Sudhir Ubharhande, who evaluated the exhibits and encouraged participants with their valuable insights.

The exhibition received an overwhelming response from students across the district, showcasing their scientific creativity and innovative projects.
The winners of the competition were:
🏅 First Prize: Roshan Varma (₹5000)
🥈 Second Prize: Pranav Wakode (₹3000)
🥉 Third Prize: Tushar Chavan (₹2000)

The prizes were distributed by Dr. Shirish Jain and Mr. Mahankar, while all judges were felicitated with mementos and bouquets as a token of appreciation.

In his address, Dr. Jain encouraged the winners to prepare for the State-Level Science Exhibition and extended his best wishes for their future success.

The event was coordinated by Mr. Rohit P. Salkute, and the Vote of Thanks was delivered by Dr. Dipak Lokwani. The entire program was conducted successfully with the dedicated efforts of the teaching and non-teaching staff of RSCP.

Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana, celebrated the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as National Unity Day. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Shirish Jain Sir offered a floral tribute to the portrait of Sardar Patel.

A Unity Pledge was administered to all the teaching and non-teaching staff members present. The program was conducted under the guidance of the NSS Unit.

During the event, Prof. Prakash Kendre, Prof. Shailesh Kewatkar, Prof. Subhash Deshmane, Prof. Dipak Lokwani, Prof. Sangameshwar Kanthale, Prof. Dipak Bhusari, Prof. Rushikesh Diware, Prof. Sandhya Mhaske, Prof. Ashish Tale, and Prof. Rohit Salkute (NSS Program Officer), along with all non-teaching staff and students, were present.

Guest lecture on “IPR Basics and Its Significance to Entrepreneurs” was organized by the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) in association with IQAC on 30th October 2025 at 12:15 PM in the seminar hall. The session aimed to enhance students’ understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and their crucial role in entrepreneurship and innovation.

The resource person for the event was Dr. Somanth Vibhute, TPEDC Coordinator, who shared valuable insights on the fundamentals of IPR, types of intellectual property, and their importance in protecting innovative ideas and business ventures. He emphasized how entrepreneurs can leverage IPR to gain a competitive edge, attract investors, and promote sustainable business growth.

The session witnessed an enthusiastic participation of 63 students, who actively interacted with the speaker and clarified their doubts regarding patent filing, copyrights, trademarks, and industrial designs. The lecture was highly informative and beneficial in creating awareness among budding entrepreneurs about the importance of intellectual property protection in today’s innovation-driven world.

Overall, the event successfully fulfilled its objective of promoting IPR literacy and entrepreneurial awareness among students.
