किडनी में स्टोन होने की वजह

शरीर में पानी की कमी, पथरी का मुख्य कारण है। दरअसल, यूरिक एसिड (मूत्र का एक घटक) पतला करने के लिए पर्याप्त पानी चाहिए होता है और ऐसा न होने पर मूत्र अधिक अम्लीय बन जाता है। यह अम्लीय गुर्दे की पथरी बनने का मुख्य कारण होता है।

कितने mm की पथरी निकल जाती है?

5 एमएम तक की पथरी है तो बिना ऑपरेशन के भी बाहर निकल सकती है, लेकिन उसके लिए सही इलाज और पानी का खूब सेवन जरूरी है। 6.5 एमएम से ज्यादा बड़ी पथरी का बिना ऑपरेशन बाहर निकलना संभव नहीं होता, जब तक वह टुकड़ों में न टूटे।
