Greetings, everyone.

Today , on the auspicious occasion of the 164th Birth Anniversary of the greatest bengali polymath Biswa kavi Rabindranath Tagore Burdwan Dental College Students Council and BDC TMCP Unit has organized a cultural programme to pay tribute to our beloved Kobiguru. The program started by the felicitation ceremony of our respected dignitaries. Some of the eminent persons like MLA of Burdwan (South ) Shri Khokan Das, Purba Burdwan district TMCP president Shri Swaraj Ghosh,
PHA member and Purba Bardhaman District TMCP General Secretary Dr. Saifur Rahaman ,Councillor of Burdwan Municipality Intekhab Alam, Yuva President of burdwan 3no.ward Sk Ajharuddin, Burdwan Town Vice President Sk Samad , Burdwan Town TMCP president Sakti Balmiki were present there.

Our respected dean of students affairs Dr.Prakash Banerjee and Our respected HOD of Orthodontics Dr Shyamal Bar, HOD of Prosthodontics Dr Ranjan Ghosh, HOD of PHD department Dr Sailen Biswas sir and respected professors were present there.They give their valuable speech on the importance of today . Our beloved students had performed and celebrated this very day by singing songs , dancing, and recitation. Thus , today's program came to an end by serving refreshments to everyone.

Greetings everyone,
With great joy we are sharing with everyone that today the work order for our Hostel, accommodation for 200 boys and girls in 2 buildings, has been sanctioned from the Public Works Directorate.

Our heartiest thanks to our Honourable Cheif Minster Smt. Mamta Banerjee.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to our Dean of Dental Education Prof (Dr.) Tapan Kumar Giri sir, the Principal of BDCH Prof (Dr.) Jahar Roy, our ex-Principal sir Prof (Dr.) Jiban Misra for guiding us and to our beloved dynamic leader Dr Subhajit Saha.

It is an achievement for the struggle on the demand of hostels by our students. Special credits to BURDWAN DENTAL COLLEGE STUDENTS' UNION and Burdwan Dental College TMCP Unit for leading the voice of the students to appropriate authorities.
