75 years old diabetic CKD patient presented with acute chest pain. EcG showed inferior wall STEMI (W.P- 6 hours). She was taken up for Coronary angiography which revealed acute thrombotic occlusion of Right coronary artery which had an abnormal origin from a different cusp. It was very difficult to engage the guide catheter. Ultimately successfully engaged with XB guide catheter and stented with excellent end result!
