5 techniques that will help you reduce stress and increase your overall well-being:
1๏ธโฃ Increase your movement
The human body was designed to move and works best when it's active.
So, move more throughout the day.
Don't have time for a 60-minute exercise routine? That's alright.
Break your workout into parts or micro workouts โ10/15 dedicated minutes a few times a day is doable, right?
1. Go for a 5-minute walk.
2. Find a time to do a few stretches.
3. Do some strength training.
4. Don't forget to include a few breathing exercises.
These can have an immense positive impact on your productivity by reducing your stress levels.
2๏ธโฃ Don't skip meals
If you don't want your body to crash, stop skipping meals.
Plan your healthy meals and snacks ahead of time. That's the only way you can avoid eating junk food and stick to healthy meals on a daily basis.
