Middle aged man with left arm & forearm claudication pain...Chronic smoking has caused occlusion of his subclavian artery(first part)...

The anatomical variant in this patient- left vertebral artery directly taking origin from arch of aorta- impeded the vertebral steal phenomenon, which would have otherwise made his limb symptom free

The CTO underwent stenting by combined Left radial and Right femoral artery access.

SMA dissecting aneurysm from terminal portion

- Good collateral flow to terminal ileal bowel loops confirmed by CT Angiography from 128 slice scanner and from catheter study

Treated by COIL embolisation followed by proximal plug(AVP IV)

How we managed different Brain aneurysms in the first 2 months of 2025...

1. DACA(Distal anterior cerebral artery) Aneurysm in a middle aged man with SAH-Neuroform atlas stent assisted coiling

2. Bilobed Acom aneurysm in 30 year old man- Simple coiling by sequentially entering the 2 lobes; redirecting microcatheter into bigger sac after coiling the smaller sac

3. A man in his 6th decade of life with SAH; 2 separate aneurysms in carotid artery with Anterior choroidal artery arising from the neck of one aneurysm and Pcom from the other aneurysm- treated by Fred X flow diverter assisted partial coiling of the domes, thus saving the branches

4. Simple coiling of a ruptured Acom aneurysm in a female patient in her 6th decade of life

5. Neuroform Atlas stent assisted coiling of MCA aneurysm

6. Middle aged lady with ruptured Acom aneurysm and unruptured ICA aneurysm- Acom aneurysm treated using Neuroform Atlas stent assisted coiling; ICA aneurysm will be treated at the earliest using Flow diverter

7. Incidentally detected wide neck ICA aneurysm of clinoid segment - treated by FRED X Flow diverter deployment

8. Acom aneurysm in a 50 year old man- Simple coiling

9. Recurrence of a previously coiled Basilar top aneurysm in a septuagenarian male patient - Treated by LEO Braided stent assisted coiling

Iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm of Tibioperoneal trunk (blood vessel of leg)...Following orthopedic procedure...The aneurysm had caused occlusion of ostia of posterior tibial artery and peroneal artery due to masd effect

Treated by placing covered stent acroos aneurysm neck, thus restoring blood flow to posterior tibial artery too

Young male with recurrent hemorrhage in left cerebral hemisphere; previous history of resection of brain AVM by neurosurgery team- now he has presented with a re bleed; hemiplegic

Feeding artery- Anterior choroidal artery
Draining vein- Basal vein of Rosenthal in turn into straight sinus

Transvenous route embolisation using ONYX was successfully performed via IJV access using Venous pressure cooker technique - with Sonic detachable tip microcatheter and Echelon microcatheter..
Scepter XC Balloon inflation on arterial side for pressure control..
