Note: Initial plan was all 8 ( wisdom teeth ) extraction addressing the vertical and transverse discrepancies but patient denied the plan due to the duration and the cost of treatment so went ahead with conventional method.

Patient reported with crowding of teeth in upper and lower arch

Patient has a transverse discrepancy and primary plan was to go for skeletal expansion and distalisation with bone screws along with wisdom teeth extraction. Patient denied this plan so went ahead with the conventional method and premolar extractions.
