Reminiscent of a meaningful program from last year.
Even when it feels like stress is beyond your control, there are healthy and practical steps you can take to reduce it and regain a sense of balance in life.
I had the privilege of conducting a session on promoting mental well-being and effective stress management at the KSEB Substation, Nallalam. I am grateful for the highly interactive participation and the valuable feedback received. Thank you to everyone who made the session a truly meaningful experience.
