Want to learn about Chinese medicine?
We're looking to build a set of workshops to meet the needs of the learner here at Chandra Shala and would like to know which topics your most interested in...
The topic - Traditional Chinese medical Arts & Sciences as well as the philosophical concepts (Yinyang & Five Elements) that underlie not only Chinese medicine, but also meditation, astrology, fengshui, etc
The man with all the knowledge is Jason Bitkower, who began by learning Daoist philosophy in 1997, followed by Acupressure and Qigong in 2004, and Acupuncture, Herbology, and the rest of traditional and classical Chinese medicine in 2006. In 2010, I earned my master's degree in traditional Chinese medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, California.
PM me if you're interested.
Looking for students who want to actually use the information they learn to grow and enhance the work they already do.
Potential Topics:
- Yinyang & Five Element theory, as well as the underlying theories of Chinese medicine, astrology, meditation, etc that are all based on them
- Energetic Anatomy (acu-points and meridian channels)
- Yinyang & Five Elements of diet and herbal medicine
