Every school has its own different style of teaching yoga but what we as a learner should keep in mind is that yoga is not how deep we go into an asana, its all about how correctly and with ease we do the asana. Yoga does more than simply burn calories and tone muscles. It's a complete mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation. it also helps you to work through a lot of issues in your life, Its benefits are only perceived to be of anatomical nature. I personally have been fond of art ever since I was a kid, And when it comes to yoga & meditation, they all are inter connected. - Art improves well–being by reducing negative emotions and instilling positive ones. Some of the benefits of Arts are:
