This patient came in for his 2 year follow-up appointment after having a fixed lower implant-supported prosthesis placed for better function.

Implant prosthesis is a prognostically favorable rehabilitation method, if supported by a correct diagnostic procedure and performed according to rigorous and standardized surgical and prosthetic protocols.

5 year follow up X-ray showing prosthetic rehabilitation of upper arch in a completely edentulous young patient with an implant supported fixed hybrid prosthesis using the "Malo Bridge"

The patient had previously been using conventional denture but was not satisfied with its removable nature. He approached us for a fixed option. In order to improve their psychological wellbeing and increase the effectiveness of their dental functions, we recommended a malo bridge prosthesis.

IMPLANT SUPPORT FIXED PROTHESIS

Our patient reported having issues with their teeth which were affected by periodontal problems and expressed a desire for fixed permanent solution. After careful planning and analysis of their bite, a two-stage dental implant procedure with a porcelain fused to metal crown was chosen. In the first stage, multiple lower teeth were extracted and implants were placed. Following a waiting period of 6 months, the final prosthesis was provided to the patient comprising of porcelain fused to metal crown. The patient received a removable partial flexidenture in order to maintain their speech and function temporarily during interim waiting period.

Overall, the two-stage dental implant process provides a strong, stable, and natural-looking replacement for missing teeth. It ensures proper healing, osseointegration, and successful long-term function of the implants.

FULL MOUTH IMPLANT SUPPORTED FIXED PROSTHESIS

Full mouth dental implants are treat me of choice in A person who suffers from gum disease and is likely to loose their teeth due to periodontal conditions. Full mouth dental implants provide a Good replacement option as they restore function like natural teeth.

Our patient was suffering from chronic periodontal condition and wanted a fixed solution. The procedure was carried in stages and involved multiple extractions and implant placement in both jaws. Prosthetic stage was carried out after 6 months and a temporary tooth set was provided in the interim period.

Patient was wearing dentures since 15+ years and always found it an hassle. She wanted a fixed solution for the same. Lower rehabilitation using 6 implants was proposed with use of her previous denture in the interim period.
