Dr. Ayanika Sarkar is a teacher by profession, a researcher by nature, and a career counsellor as well as personality development advisor by passion. She has done her doctoral study by engaging herself in studying the role of psycho-social behaviour on the status of female education in remote areas of West Bengal through her multidisciplinary research aptitude. With the belief in mental strength to be the strongest support in the journey of life, she has started the online mental health awareness generation agenda along with providing a holistic support system with a group of experts in various psychological dimensions. Leafy Sky আমার স্বপ্নের চারাগাছ। Human Psychology বরাবরই আমার বড় কাছের। জীবনের বহু চড়াই উৎরাই এবং সর্বোপরি খুব কম সময়ের ব্যবধানে ঘটে যাওয়া বেশ কিছু অযাচিত ঘটনা তথা PhD topic selection এর সময় হ‌ওয়া অদ্ভুত কিছু coincidence মেয়েদের জীবনে শুধু সঠিক বিবেচনা ও balanace এর অভাবে নিজেদের fullest potential কে চিনতে না পারার কারণে মানসিক ভাবে ক্রমাগত regressive mode এ চলে যাওয়ার বিষয়টা নিয়ে ভাবায় ভীষণ ভাবে। তখন থেকেই body mind balance এর পথ খোঁজা শুরু। মানসিক স্বাস্থ্য সচেনতা বৃদ্ধি র চেষ্টায় 2021 সালে জন্ম নেয় leafy sky। বেশ কয়েক বছরের অর্জিত জীবনদর্শন ও নিজের ভালোলাগা দিয়েআগামী কাল থেকে শুরু করতে চলেছি Leafy Sky এর Holistic Wellness Unit BREATH and BLISS Wellness Academy....for yoga, meditation, Zumba or Dance Workout...আপাতত online mode এ। সকলের আশীর্বাদ ও ভালোবাসাই হোক আমার এই উদ্যোগের পাথেয়।

আজ আমার Leafy Sky এর জন্য খুব বিশেষ একটা দিন ছিল। প্রথমবার একটা ওয়ার্কশপ করা হয়েছে Zumba ( Dance Movement Therapy) এবং Meditation এর উপর। C-Section এর চার মাসের মাথায় এমন hardcore zumba করানো আমার দ্বারা হবেনা ই ভেবেছিলাম।কিন্তু হলো এবং খুব ভালোভাবে হলো। ধন্যবাদ সকল participants কে আর সর্বোপরি রিতা ম্যাডাম কে আমার এই ছোট্ট প্রচেষ্টা কে সাফল্য মন্ডিত করতে। মানসিক উৎকর্ষ সাধনের বিভিন্ন পথ অন্বেষণ এ তথা সচেতনতা প্রসারে leafy sky এর এই উদ্যোগ যাতে আরো বিস্তৃত হতে পারে তার জন্য সকলের শুভকামনা প্রার্থনা করি।
কিছু review আমি share করলাম। সকলকে আহ্বান করি মানসিক স্বাস্থ্য সচেতনতার পথে leafy sky পরিবার এর সদস্য হয়ে পাশে থাকতে।

শারীরিক অখণ্ডতা ডিসফোরিয়া হল একটি মানসিক অবস্থা যা শারীরিক অক্ষমতা (যেমন, অঙ্গচ্ছেদ, প্যারাপ্লেজিয়া) অর্জনের অবিরাম ইচ্ছা দ্বারা চিহ্নিত করা হয়। বডি ইন্টিগ্রিটি ডিসফোরিয়াকে বডি ইন্টিগ্রিটি আইডেন্টিটি ডিসঅর্ডার, অ্যাম্পুটি আইডেন্টিটি ডিসঅর্ডার এবং জেনোমেলিয়া নামেও অভিহিত করা হয়।

শারীরিক অখণ্ডতা ডিসফোরিয়া একটি অত্যন্ত বিরল ঘটনা, যেখানে রোগীরা তাদের সুস্থ অঙ্গ (বিশেষ করে একজনের বাহু বা পা) কেটে ফেলতে পছন্দ করেন কারণ তারা তাদের মানসিক এবং শারীরিক চিত্রের মধ্যে অমিল অনুভব করেন।

বডি ইন্টিগ্রিটি ডিসফোরিয়াতে, রোগীরা তাদের প্রকৃত আত্মার সন্ধানে অঙ্গচ্ছেদ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়। আট থেকে বারো বছরের মধ্যে খুব অল্প বয়সে অঙ্গচ্ছেদের ইচ্ছা দেখা দেয়। শারীরিক অখণ্ডতা ডিসফোরিয়া রোগীদের জন্য উল্লেখযোগ্য কষ্টের কারণ হয় এবং তাদের বেশিরভাগই অস্ত্রোপচারের পরেই খুশি হয়ে ওঠে।

1) শরীরের অখণ্ডতা ডিসফোরিয়ার কারণ কী?
শরীরের অখণ্ডতা ডিসফোরিয়াতে অঙ্গচ্ছেদের সবচেয়ে সাধারণ কারণ হল রোগীর তাদের শরীরের অমিল সংশোধন করার ইচ্ছা। এই অস্বাভাবিক ইচ্ছা রোগীর বিশ্বাসের কারণে যে লক্ষ্য অঙ্গটি তাদের অন্তর্গত নয়।
শারীরিক অখণ্ডতা ডিসফোরিয়ার অন্তর্নিহিত কারণ এখনও অজানা, এবং সঠিক কারণটি বোঝার জন্য গবেষণা চলছে। বিজ্ঞানীরা বিশ্বাস করেন যে এটি প্রধানত শৈশবকালীন ট্রমা, যৌন উত্তেজনা, অবসেসিভ-বাধ্যতামূলক প্রবণতা, বা অঙ্গপ্রত্যঙ্গের সাথে অতিরিক্ত সনাক্তকরণের কারণে।

2) শরীরের অখণ্ডতা ডিসফোরিয়ার লক্ষণ ও উপসর্গগুলি কী কী?
শারীরিক অখণ্ডতা ডিসফোরিয়ার সাথে যুক্ত সাধারণ লক্ষণগুলি হল চাপ, বিষণ্নতা, মেজাজের ব্যাধি এবং উদ্বেগ।
শরীরের অখণ্ডতা ডিসফোরিয়াকে প্রায়শই শরীরের ডিসমরফিয়ার সাথে তুলনা করা হয়। বডি ডিসমরফিয়া হল এমন একটি অবস্থা যেখানে বিষয়বস্তু তাদের শরীর সম্পর্কে নেতিবাচকভাবে চিন্তা করতে থাকে, যা তাদের জীবনযাত্রার মানকে ব্যাহত করে
