HEALTH TIPS OF THE DAY
1. Takes vitamins regularly - As we all know that in this today's lifestyle and busy schedule we cannot taking proper meal and diet in our daily needs . So we have to depend on some extra supplements which can fullfill our body's vitamins and minerals requirements.
2. Always have breakfast - Our elders always says that do not skip brrakfast and if you are taking brrakfast then take it like a king 👑. But in todays fast life its not possible to sit like a king n eat , so what we can do is not to skip breakfast,and try to take health one.
3. Drink water regularly - As we know that our body's 70% having water by which all the mechanism is working ,so drink atleast 3-4 lit of water daily ,also depend on your lifestyle , work pattern and consumption.
4. Get enough 7-8 hrs of sleep - In this digital era where many cities can't even sleep we have to take atleast 7 to 8 hrs of sleep daily to boost up our brain or to say to reboot our body's
mechanism.
5 Do Morning Sports - In this fast life where we don't have time for each other ,there we have to spare some time for our body . Now a days where kids were busy in pubg or other digital games we have to engage ourself in any type of sports which we loved.
6. Walk in foot often - If we don't have enough time for games then we should consider walking for our daily nearby work instead going by scooty.
