HYDRATION is very important part of Atheletes life.
✨️No athlete can give his or her best without proper hydration. Water is the most essential ingredient to any athletic performance.

✅ Water has many important functions in the body, few of them are:

• Transportation of nutrients / elimination of waste products.
• Lubricating joints and tissues.
• Temperature regulation through sweating.
• Improves digestion.
• Boost immune system function.

✨️If young athletes are working out for 60 min or less, water is generally sufficient to keep hydrated.

✨️ Sports drinks are recommended in certain situations including when:
Exercise lasts longer than 60 min.
Engaging in intense workouts.
Hydration also depends on environment ( hot, very hot, humid etc.)
