To create a foundation for true healing to stand on, you must return to deeper and then even deeper points of healing and w**d out that which is not serving you.

Where do you need to heal more deeply?

How steady is the ground underneath you? Are you rooted mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally? Is your life set on a concrete structure that supports you from underneath when the ground is shaky? Do you believe in solid ideas, principles or facts that provide support for you at every interval, good or bad, in your life? Are your actions supporting and organizing you to do what you're meant to do for you, your family for society? Did you ever wonder why something you're healing keeps coming back, or why the symptoms just don't go away? The body is an example of what we need a solid foundation for. The way healing works is that symptoms do come boabunt in smaller and smaller repetitions. Removing symptoms sometimes means that we have other things to work on. Think about a person who has had cancer. They heal the cancer with therapies of their choosing and everyone is happy for them. However, the underlying issue or foundation of why they had cancer is not yet dealt with. Until they dig deep into the emotional and mental reasons why the cancer came, they have not freed themselves of the dis-ease that is within them and therefore it can cause the health issue to return. Cancer on the spiritual plain is chalked full of pent-up resentments, anger and or disappointments that are undealt with within a person's body. To create a foundation for true healing to stand on, they must return to deeper and then even deeper points of healing and w**d out that which is not serving them.

It's then that they can begin to build a positive foundation from there. Further healing never occurs on the same level as times before. Each time we return to emotions or mental conditions that cause physical healing, we go further into developing skills that lead to better situations, people, or events.
