Richness does not mean expensive cars or luxury skincare.
It means waking up in a pain-free body
and being able to play with your kids, lift them, move freely.
It means having time for Nitnem & Gurbani at a fixed hour,
where the soul comes before the schedule.
It means balanced hormones..
steady moods, not a roller-coaster life.
It means staying in pajamas on a weekday,
with the freedom of time and no guilt.
It means sunshine entering through your window
and actually pausing to feel it.
It means relationships that nourish you,
not people who drain your energy.
It means never missing movement
and having energy that lasts all day.
It means receiving blessings, listening to new life stories,
and staying humble every day.
It means watching your loved ones grow
right in front of your eyes.
It means Maa de hath di roti —
from your childhood home to your own house.
And above all, it means carrying the legacy of health forward.
When I look at life this way, I realise —
I am the richest person because I have all these luxuries. 🤍
