Our mission is to make ‘Healthy Living’ a lifestyle.

The Fit Life Studio in Sector 38, Chandigarh is a Health & Fitness Studio offering the latest fitness & healthy living trends in the industry. From fitness programs, healthy diets, to teaching Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary dance forms - the studio has it all.

The studio is run Dr. Nimrat Batth, who is a dental doctor and has been in the health and fitness industry for the past 5 years. She believes in the fact that if everyone changes their lifestyle by eating right and having a strict exercise routine they would live a longer, healthier and a happier life.

Combining her passion for health & fitness and her mission to make healthy living a lifestyle, she opened a beautiful studio in Sector 38. She has been training clients in Mumbai for the past few years and moved to chandigarh last year to revolutionize the health industry in the tri-city. With her studio in Sector 38, she has created an environment which is peaceful, positive, invigorating and motivating, because you have to love the place you are going to frequent every single day.

A bit about her credentials: Dr. Nimrat Batth is Certified in Pilates and Zumba. She is also a ‘Certified Personal Trainer', 'Clinical, Weight Management and Sports Nutritionist’ from American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
