The session focused on leveraging artificial intelligence for to***co control, engaging youth as co-creators of solutions, and exploring AI-based personalisation for smoking cessation and risk prediction. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Jatina Vij, with active participation from expert panellists Prf. SOnu Goel, Prof. Veenu Mangat (Panjab University), DR. Shalini Bassi (PHFI).

An RCTC exhibition stall was also set up, which was visited by several experts and participants. The stall was honoured by the presence of the Director, PGIMER. The idea that smoking makes you more attractive is just a myth. Healthy choices are always more appealing. True confidence comes from your personality, values, and the way you respect yourself and others — not from a cigarette. Don’t let outdated stereotypes define what “cool” looks like. Choose health, choose confidence, choose a smoke-free life. 🚭✨

One friend offers.
One friend refuses.
A real friend motivates.

Saying NO to to***co isn’t uncool — it’s powerful.
Be the influence that saves a life.
Motivate your friends. Choose health. đźš

Myth: Smoking chills you out.
Reality: It messes with your mind.

That “stress relief” from smoking is just ni****ne playing tricks on your brain. To***co increases anxiety, creates dependence and steals your control—slowly and silently.

Don’t fall for the myth. Real strength is choosing health over habits.
